Yep. Something like this should have been done nationwide back at the beginning of the year when
everybody's taxes got raised by 2% when the temporary reduction in FICA taxes went away.
Didn't BO call it "skin in the game"? If you aren't working and paying FICA taxes, you don't have skin in the game.

Now it’s a necessity??
