I've been making that same point for weeks, to anyone who will listen: if the simple requirements of voter ID laws are such a burden, why do the defenders of the highly-complex Obamacare rules not think that compliance with THAT law is a burden? It is costing hundreds of millions of dollars to rollout and explain Obamacare, and it's still a shambles.

I like the job the healthcare.gov contractors did.
Why stop there? Let them design a new EBT computer system.
