They are NOT “inept”.
They are EVIL, in pursuit of the destruction of America.
They ARE succeeding!

And to think I actually laughed when I saw “Idiocracy” for the first time.
I did not realize that it was a Democratic Party documentary.

Correct. We already have a good word for rule by the inept,
kakistocracy, personified by Mike Dukakis in his 1988 attempt to impose kakistocracy on the U.S.
We can survive inept. What the most severe Birchers accused Ike of being in the 50s? Obama is.
Definition of "kakistracracy".

You are correct about what this is called. The author thinks he’s being cute by coining a word, but the fact is the concept has been around a long time.

Daniel 4:17 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV) 17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and
setteth up over it the basest of men.
AMEN and AMEN!!!

Collectivism rewards the ideologically pure, not the capable or the honorable or the wise. Not only built-in incompetence, but also systemic soulless evil.
We could learn this from all of the tragic examples where it has been tried around the world, but we choose to figure it out ourselves, for the next four generations.

Dr. William Shockley, co-inventor of the bipolar transistor, co-recipient of the 1956 Nobel Prize in Physics, and the man who brought the silicon to Silicon Valley, argued that the higher rate of reproduction among the less intelligent was having a dysgenic effect, and that a drop in average intelligence would ultimately lead to a decline in civilization. As a result of his “controversial” statements, Shockley was ostracized from his family and the scientific community at large, and died in obscurity of prostate cancer. His family reportedly learned of his death through the media.

The Twenty-First Century Ineptocracy of America (being ruled by the inept)
The appropriate word is "kakistocracy" (government by the worst element of a society).

“Ineptocracy: A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers. “
That needs to go on a “Demotivator” poster
