He’s certainly not presidential. He’s an embarrassment to this country. A petty, nasty little man. I’ve never before seen a president who acts like him. Not ready for prime time by a long shot. He reminds me of a petty, vindictive public school principal.

And I still would like to know where he comes from.

Nope, made perfect sense to me.
Most of these dogs are in private hands any way; seems to me that the cities, counties, or state could handle this program a lot better and more efficiently in any case.
