Ww2 did NOT propel the economy forward. Ww2 took away productivity invested to build society and used it to create products designed to be destroyed. Ww2 was as close as Keines had to prove his theory.

The end of the was what triggered the economy forward. During the war, people could not buy stuff due to rationing. Once rationing was removed, the money they saved got put into the market, creating demand and growth capital that would have been put into the market earlier, had we not needed to go to war.

Thanks for that. Interesting that those qoutes are almost a week old. I think the dynamic has shifted somewhat since then.

Our new “clean” bill should be to do a CR on the 2008 budget and rates as that is the last one passed.

The Blaze’s list of 12 is 10/1, also:

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/10/01/the-10-house-republicans-who-are-ready-to-give-up-obamacare-fight-in-order-to-end-government-shutdown/

Nothing with a recent list in it. Boner must have reined them in.

Bitterness and hatred is their bread-and-butter. Lying and treason is their meat-and-potatoes.

Scary isn’t it? They may be angry and ready for a change in huge numbers. But what if it is too late?

The first link says it will not have all the information yet.

The second makes my choose one scenario, and is not in chart form, so I cannot readily see anything like trends and comparisons. Very unlike private insurance.

I didn’t bother with the third.

LIke I said, is there any place I can go to for information in usable form?
