Obama blamed some of the website slowdown on the fact that more than 1 million people visited Healthcare.gov before 7 a.m., adding that demand had initially exceeded anything officials expected. And how much more of this program will they have been proven to have gotten wrong by the time it's over? Just wait until the amount it adds to the deficit greatly exceeds expectations as well.
