Too bad that the republicans did not insist on passing Obamacare in its entirety including every one without exception and as quickly as possible, at the same time making sure that there is no misunderstanding whose idea it was.
Even if Congress would be exempt, the public howl and wailing would be enough to sink those socialist cretins.
