Thanks to obamacare , so does the IRS along with your banking records.
freepers voted for this....
now everybody's complaining....
pathetic....
and then we'll split the opposition party in 2 or 3 parts and ensure the rats control both houses and white house again...
vicious circle and people must enjoy it because they keep doing the same thing every election...
why has no one challenged this as a violation of the 4th amendment?
>> No one is talking about this and the lack of conversation concerns me.
Not sure why the NSA got pummeled and this didn’t. Actually, I do know why — it’s easier to blame the bogeyman than hold the reps in Congress accountable.
I WILL NOT SUBMIT
I WILL NOT COMPLY
I VEHEMENTLY AND WITH NO RESPECT DECLINE OBLUNDERCARE.
EFF THEM
EFF THE SYSTEM
THEY CAN ALL KISS MY A$$!
You really mean that everybody that works in Government has your records and also those that have the least bit of expertise in hacking also have your records and identity. Chaos will ensue. Well, I would really hate to have to go back to checks and snail mail, but will if necessary!
Thanks for the heads-up.
I will definitely contact my congresscritters about this.
UNDERSTAND SOMETHING, FOLKS....
We aren’t dealing with “Democrats” anymore, they have been forced out of the party. We are dealing with the Academic Radical Socialists, the people the Dems wouldn’t allow through the Convention doors 25 years ago.
Every single 2014-2016 Republican Candidate is going to have to operate under the assumption that the Democrat opponent will be given access to their recorded phone calls, emails, texts, medical records, IRS records, etc.
This is going to be like campaigning in 1936 Germany. I really do hope we are ready for it.
Deagle, all I can say for sure is that OPM has written in the federal register who will have access and why. Apparently, anyone can be granted access to this data to do whatever. It is supposedly "protected" but we all know that is a farce. So yeah, they do have ACCESS to the records. All one has to know is your name and SSN and they can get every single piece of data about your health history and status.
As I said, only FEP (Federal Employee Program) are in it at the moment because the feds are technical morons and have been forever. They will find a way to get your data into their database, but at this point if you aren't a federal employee you aren't there. YET.
Chaos will ensue. Well, I would really hate to have to go back to checks and snail mail, but will if necessary!
Once they get the technical issues overcome, you'll have to not go to the doctor to stay out of this database. I don't know whether your claims history is going to be sent. Every insurer is required by law to keep a member's claim history for ten years even if you are no longer covered under their plan, and the data exists the OPM can get their hands on it.
That's why it's important for people to start opposing this NOW.
I have no idea.
Oh my, I really hate Government today!
.
Obamacare has your medical records

Check out article, and # 30.

Should have gone off the grid 11 years ago.
You have a serious problem, Steve. You'd better get that changed pronto.
ROFL Oh, okay, totally missed the tagline. But the problem is that is is neither impossible nor unbelievable for someone who works in health insurance.
Did you know that the wealthiest zip codes in the country are clustered around Washington DC? Yep, our 'public servants' pay themselves well... very well. And they look down on those of us in flyover who aren't doing as well.
They actually don’t make salaries that are all that great while in their jobs. The real money comes afterwards for “lobbying”, foundations, think tanks, etc.
That and the fact that even CNBC has reported that Congressmen make “market crushing” returns on their investments via insider trading.
