I think the same family owned the Davis, Lorcin, Jennings, and Raven pistols.
They were made from pot metal with steel where it was needed. They had poor triggers and fairly poor sights but surprisingly the ones I have tried worked perfectly.
The cheap little Jennings was particularly accurate despite the rifling looking like it was extremely shallow.
The worst functioning pistol I ever owned was an American made copy of the Italian Bernardelli. The Italian one was great but the American one (it was a Sterling brand) was a jammer. I doubt if I ever fired more than 1 shot in a row without it jamming. An absolute piece of crap.
Yeah, even though it’s a little pricy to be shooting the self defense rounds at the range, one should run a couple of boxes through the carry weapon before relying on a particular brand. Scary to think of it not firing when you actually need it.
Brainstorm here... lets dump handguns with filed down firing pins on every inner city street corner. The ferals apparently don’t see if they work first...
LOL! “Roach bait.” Genius. Pure genius.
Not surprising. Pookie will load 9mm Makarov into a magazine designed for 9mm Para and wonder why his gat “ain’t doing right.”
Not to mention they do a ghetto version of “limp wristing” where they not only turn the weapons sideways, they push the gun out as they shoot, and again wonder why it stove pipes.
PF-9
Didn’t get a good enough luck to identify the brand of pistol. However, good chance it was a glock and he was “limp-wristing” the pistol when attempting to use it. The only real safety on glocks is the trigger safety. The gun will not fire unless even steady pressure is applied. If one were to hold a glock loosely and moving it about like a tv gangster, there is a fair chance it will not fire. Thank God this criminal was very stupid.
‘Get rid of it before it gets you killed. Never take a Kel-tec to a gun fight. Save up and get a battle tested man-stopper.’
Good advice. I have been sitting on the fence, but you’ve convinced me. Been thinking about a Glock 26, or perhaps a Sig. Might even step up to a .45. This one stays in the car, so I hated to spend too much, but I just don’t completely trust the Kel-tec. Looking for something fairly compact. A friend bought the little Diamondback 9mm, but I haven’t heard good things about it either.
“Sounds like God was the real trigger man in this case.”
More likely it was a dumb perp with a piece of crap weapon he didn’t understand. but you’re right someone was watching over the situation.
This guy was limpwristing too.
Thank God for his lack of shooting skills.
probly a sig-ma.......
Has anyone seen the movie crash?
What did you think of it?
Seemed to me they are actually blaming the messed up people rather than inanimate objects that spit out lead.
Famous actors too kind of shocked me.
ps.wHY IS THIS MORON? still firing guns?
Its nauseating....
“say there...DICK..you go ahead and walk WAY over there ok?.........we will chase them snipes to you......
They are fast so if ‘ya dont see any for a few hours dont get all DISCOURAGED JUST KEEP WALKIN.....ahhh ...........that way....we will find you before breakfast I mean...dinner...........:)
Remember snipes they run on the ground.....should be no reason to shoot in the air at all........on this trip.

We need some real ICONS,This is just sad. Boh-ner the cry baby, lim-baugh the hypocrite druggy, roa-v the fat squawking toad,bi-den,crist-y,re-ed?..can we find worse white male examples? To have on T.V. every night? Where are the American Putins? This is disgusting .....
Ah!
I got my Wife a P-11 a few months back. We both hated it, and I sold it to her friend. Got her an XDs .45 instead.
The FBI did a study on BGs guns and found most of them in poor shape, some where unloaded or had the wrong kind or type of ammunition in them.
Yet another boot lipped gangsta wannabe
Glock, Sig, Colt, S&W, Springfield Armory, Ruger...all good. All proven. I was a dedicated, life-long wheel gunner until I handled my first Glock. The Glock 26 became my first all-the-time, carry anywhere piece. Caution: Glocks are like potato chips. Nobody can have just one.
Good on ya, mate! Got an XD .45 myself.
Big holes for evil souls. ;-)
