I heard rand paul on hannity say that he does not agree with this "shutdown" but he would not vote for cloture. He says that the old leadership are entrenched and that they have no intention of stopping anything that obama wants. They are beaten down and have no fight in them.

Cruz said that these gop leaders have been in DC too long and that they have been beaten so badly that they have no fight left in them and that they do not believe that anything can stop Obama and his agenda. They just want to scam us and hold on to personal wealth and power for as long as possible.
