Constitutional limits apply only to us, for them it’s a no holds barred fight.

Doesn’t it seem like we are fighting with our legs hobbled and our hands cuffed? And we are being lectured about the Constitution by those who use it for toilet paper?

It is time our side had some guts. The grass roots are there but the establishment just won’t get on board with us. Maybe we need a campaign to send members of Congress each a pair of superballs....

But they mean nearly opposite things.

From the headline, I thought someone was urging Conservatives to shut down the government because ObamaCare is unconstitutional.

Whoops - some Lefty saying the exact opposite.

The same Supreme Court that FDR tried to expand and stack.

Capehart is an imbecile.

The federal government does not have the right to levy a direct tax on you for a product that you did NOT buy.

You cannot say that there is the power to tax; - but, that power to tax only applies to one single product ( private health care insurance ). Either the federal government has the right to tax products/purchases ( or non-purchases ) in general, or it doesn't.

If you really can't point to any other products that that the Uncle Sam would be actually be able to tax you for not buying, - then it doesn't qualify as a "tax".

Simple as that.
