A final thought.... You know how when DC gets a snowstorm and they say "nonessential personnel need not come in"? Well, the "Nonessential personnel" list strikes me as a really good place to start unfunding.....

When it comes to budget issues, military personnel are considered essential, even when we are considered nonessential for the purpose of snow storms.

I disagree with Mr. Sowell on this. It is disappointing to hear all the stuff we “can’t” do. We can’t impeach (anyone), we can’t defund, we can’t create a successful third party, we can’t amend the constitution. And this comes from a lot of good people, too; Rush, Mark Levin, now Dr. Sowell. We could do all these things if enough people were willing to support them. The reason we can’t do these things is because too many people think we can’t, and they immediately come out and rain on people with the courage to try anyway, like Ted Cruz. Then they lament that we don’t have more politicians with the courage to stand up.
