They reportedly will not go into D.C. as a large group.
“There are so many motorcycles that trying to go through Washington, D.C., would not have worked,” Eric Zern, a ride organizer from Hagerstown, MD, told the station.
Instead, the station says the group will travel one time on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway from Prince George’s County to Montgomery County and then into Virginia. They’ll then return to where they started, the Harley Davidson story in Fort Washington, MD.
However, individual riders can decide if they’d like to divert themselves into D.C.

You mean the metro unuion workers that all wore obummer pins and badges at work while during the election. . .and allowing obummer voter registration tables to be set-up on metro property inside stations. . .and the metro “leadership” that refused to take action when confronted with proof of their partisan behavior of the employees while on metro property and while operating metro trains. . .nah. . can’t be them.
The Police could have escorted these bikers through town and had them out in a couple of hours. Instead they will be scattered all over town and screwing up traffic most of the day.
Stupid not to escort them through town.
