What about a picture of a spent casing or shell?

I’d hate to see what they’d do to me over my 35mm shell casing.
Is this really an issue in DC, tourists picking up all the spent casings lying around?
You can buy silver bullion from Northwest Territorial Mint in the following calibers:
9mm-.625 oz
45 ACP- 1oz
7.62 NATO- 2oz
50 BMG- 10 oz
20 mm- 25 oz
NWTM has a mixed reputation, but these are cool.
Stupidity, thy name is “district of columbia”.

So reloading is illegal in DC????
This should be struck down immediately.
Illegal actions aren't much of a threat. I've thought about what possible types of actions could be taken and other than direct 2nd amendment action which unless widespread wouldn't be an effective deterrent, there really isn't anything that comes to mind, and direct 2nd amend action while it makes a nice thought, isn't practical and the odds of getting away with it especially if done repeatedly are pretty low. Plus it takes a special sort of person to do domething like that, and the vast majority of pro-freedom types are not like that as can be seen by the fact that outspoken anti-gunners never seem to end up in shallow graves in NJ. To be effective it has to be a real and pervasive threat. Addresses can be discovered and published, but since most of these are public records anyway that isn't much of a consequence.
Tell that to the DC JBTs.
