Sooo...roughly $50 a month? I’d hazard a guess that most people incur out of pocket expenses for their job.

Happens in the private sector all the time when budgets get tight. Suck it up and roll with it, buttercup, or get another job.

If I know Detroit, these said “teachers” probably worked as “Sugar Babies” before their teaching careers began. That’s what probably got them through college in the first place.
