I get the feeling the reason some of them do not want to defund Obamacare is there is too much money invested to see Obamacare implemented. They do not want to give up lucrative profits.

Wall Street and the large multi national corporations want to eliminate the cost of health care from employee benefits by offloading it to the government.

I worked briefly for a big-box store (not WalMart) and I could tell that they did not want to pay for any healthcare for the common worker. The plans were priced well beyond their ability to pay for it and still have anything left in their paycheck.

It seems to me that the big-box stores make sure to pay their workers low enough salaries so they qualify for food stamps and medicare (medicaid?). Offloading all of their employees healthcare costs onto the government means a fatter profit margin for them (and for the government, more revenue in taxes on that profit).

A win-win for both large corporations and the feral government. The only loser: us.
