Sounds like a big cya strategy to me.
What astounds me is how uninformed most people are.... Even to this day. AND because most citizens are clueless, people like Brennan get away with propaganda they push.

John Brennan, the director of the Central Intelligence Agency, sent a letter to each of the CIA employees who were on the ground during the Benghazi attack on September 11, 2012, inviting them to share information with Congress...

How does this fit with Benghazi survivors being given polygraph test every other day? Are they fishing or what?

What goes with Congress having to have Brennan ask the men onsite to tell Congress what they know? Sounds like a convoluted organization of Constitutional authority. Brennan is a Muslim and was nurtured by the Bush administrations when it was taken that Muslims were friends of the USA. Everyone involved with need for and use of oil can share the blame for falling for the Muslim deception, especially the politicians and oil execs.
