I do not believe that NSA is doing what Snowden says.
We need to be vigilant of course, but I think this guy stinks.
He is rogue.
He is no friend of the people.
I will ask again, why did he run to Communist countries?
Vladdy looks strong. Obama looks weak, and that suits Obama fine.
China and Russia are so very benevolent, and USA sucks.
Quite a turn of events for a HS drop out.
<....”He is effed”....>
That he is!
Naww!!! Never!!
He did, by his own hand he made an enemy of the government by showing that they were acting against the very constitution that gives them lawful legitimacy.
For the time being he has been made into a fugitive, because the knows the government has no intention of abiding by the law that is the Constitution.
Or, you can say, I did: he gave up his life here, friends, family, and country standing up for what he believes is right.
He merely ingratiated himself to you as a constitutional patriot.
And what have the politicians done? What have my fellow armed-forces done? What have I done? Compared to him, not a lot.
He has the Left and the Right quite rowled up.
They both love him.
That's because, strange as it might seem, there are those on the left who do have a sense of justice. Sure it might be twisted, manipulated, or indoctrinated to evil ends, but it is there. I think that the NSA uber-spying is merely a point where anyone who has a sense of justice (or the Constitution) ought to be riled up: it's a direct assault on the 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments.
I dont even know WTF he is, so I say let us take pause.
Fair enough; I think I know enough to judge him as a patriot. (Patriot
being someone who supports the country, rather than the government.)
But he is damaging the apparatus.
Do you think it wise that we tell everyone via media all the Preezys moves?
I dislike this administration.
Why would I be placated with any bone they tossed me?
Good!
This apparatus [by which I mean PRISM, XKey-score, etc] of constant and universal surveillance is a Bad Thing and ought to be put down, destroyed utterly.
It's very existence is incompatible with the fourth and fifth amendments.
Do you think it wise that we tell everyone via media all the Preezys moves?
Better question: do you think it is wise to allow, nay, encourage extortion on every individual who has any interest in politics?
I dislike this administration.
Why would I be placated with any bone they tossed me?
What bone? I want all the tools that this administration uses to perpetrate injustice unlawfully utterly destroyed. If any of them really are needed they can be reforged. The equivalent of saying, as a solution to police corruption fire them all, and if it turns out we really need them we can hire new police.
— there are some [many?] places even here in the US that could benefit from that approach. (Oh, and before the don't throw the baby out with the bath
, did you know that there was no real regular police in America until mid-1800s, IIRC, and they didn't adopt military-like uniforms/ranks until after the civil-war.)
And will you stop calling the cops on your neighbors?
Some good men go to the wall, some bad men go to the wall.
I am serious here.
Do you use any security, or discrimination?
It is normal you know.
It does fall within the constitution.
Again, it has always been this way from the time of Adam. King Salomon I aint. I am not a teacher.
I seriously cannot remember the last time, if ever, I called the cops on someone.
So... yes?
Some good men go to the wall, some bad men go to the wall.
What do you mean go to the wall
? Firing squad? The Game of Thrones?
I am serious here.
Do you use any security, or discrimination?
I try to keep out of trouble in the first place; it's been decently effective&hallip; though I think God's far more responsible for that.
It is normal you know.
It does fall within the constitution.
Which it
? The cops? The NSA? Corruption?
I gave an example of how to deal with endemic police corruption — are you saying that you're for corruption in the police? — as explanation that is is a valid tactic to disband [and prosecute the NSA] for violating the Constitution. Harsh? Yes.
But, IMO, their utter disregard for the Constitution [from which the government derives all lawful authority] is deserving of harsh treatment.
Prior to the uniforms we used to speak in earnest.
Many here have demanded the uniforms.
And now we should lynch the Cops.
I am not buying Snowdens BS.

Solomon, in Pv 29:
When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked bears rule, the people mourn. Whoever loves wisdom rejoices his father: but he that keeps company with harlots spends his substance. The king by judgment establishes the land: but he that receives gifts overthrows it.
So why would you _encourage_ corruption if it overthrows the land and causes the people to mourn?
We can speak more to this tomorrow.
Gnight.
G’night.
Snowden is not the second coming of Christ.
He is a distraction.
ZZZZzzzz....
