What shape is our nuclear arsenal in after 5 years of Obama? Maintenance and replacement of our aging weapons has been deferred and neglected since the early 1990’s. We haven’t been testing weapons since President George H. W. Bush instituted a test ban. Obama is anti nuclear weapon. What if we don’t have as many weapons as the American people believe or what if our weapons no longer work? See this article in a left wing newspaper from 2012.
