A life-sized cardboard cutout of President Barack Obama that greeted visitors to the Democratic Party booth at the Warren County Fair was stolen — for the second time in two years.

And Bethe Goldenfield, chairman of the county’s Democratic Party, said she doesn’t think it’s a laughing matter. A similar cutout was stolen last year then returned, Goldenfield said, after being damaged by juveniles. Last year, Democratic volunteers found the entrance to their headquarters blocked by a massive pile of horse manure.
