Where’s The Boner and his My question isnt about whos going to resign, my question is whos going to jail over this scandal?. My only hope is that this is going to blow up slowly, reaching a crescendo in 2014.
Some people had darned well be getting their toothbrushes and KY ready (no “club Fed”, please) for a Greybar Hotel stay by then.
good link - the interesting part is that the PICO laws can be filed in a CIVL case, therefore Christy and True the Vote have another avenue for some mayhem without the DOJ.
This was my point this morning in one of my posts on the IRS scandal and lack of prosecution by DOJ...

The real way is to get rid of it.
DOJ +RICO= Laughable ...
RICO needs to be used against the Ivy League mafia.
Maybe a decent approach. Whatever it takes to end with this: Public Hangings. Telecast and Webcast live. Maybe even with color commentary and marching bands. Many in the IRS and Barry’s admin are eligible for such fanfare. A billion or so around the world would watch and the United States would be better off before the evil bastards were cold.
Any GOP House member that sits quietly by, not even calling the IRS out for illegally passing out restricted information to liberal political hit groups (i.e. those in CA that donated to the Defense of Marriage Act, to homosexual activist groups who then posted them online for their members to harass those who stood in the way of their desires), need to be doing something else for their day job, not "representing" their constituents!
You guessed it!
Does it apply to Birth Certificates as proof for qualification for the presidency??
I suppose having the Attorney General in on the conspiracy helps.
What one should really do is set Peter Schiff’s father, Irwin Schiff, free and have him testify in congress about the vast illegal enforcement of our voluntary income tax. By not protesting the illegal prosecution of Irwin Schiff and others, people have paved the way for the present illegality.
Keep learning about the law , because peoples lack of knowledge of it is how we have gotten to where we are to day.
This miraculous quote says it all, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people. The Constitution of the United States, as interpreted by the Supreme Court, gives rise to a FOURTH BRANCH of Government, THE GRAND JURY. We the people have been charged with oversight of the government in our roles as grand jurors.

If there are any prosecutions to occur, they will have to be under state laws. Holder has demonstrated that he will not allow ANY prosecutions of Obama officials.
hope this is passed around enough that it results in action...good post
For technical reasons, there is no case under RICO for the targeting of conservative groups by the IRS but there are many who are vulnarable to private suit under it in the regime all the way to the top on other fronts. I kicked this around when assisting on the Hollister case but it never gelled. Through Monckton I suggested that Sheriff Joe use it but some law professor, whom I respect but did not agree with on the point, turned him off on it.
It still has possibilities if anyone is interested I'd be happy to assist.
Law Professor = Trained to protect THEIR system
It isn’t so much the corruption, it is how nonchalant and unworried anyone in this administration is at getting caught. They are so confident and brazen when caught. their dirty deeds finally made public, they seem to go on without a care in the world. Thank you MSM
These are major scandals that in past times would have caused the collapse of any previous administration. Having said that: Nobody in this administration will pay the price for corruption. NONE OF THESE SCANDALS WILL CAUSE ANY HARM TO ANYONE IN THE OBASTRARD ADMIN. Nothing to see here, move along.
