Black women shoots black man in gas station in self defense

Surveillance video shows a woman dressed in camouflage shorts and a white T-shirt arguing with a man near the gas pumps. At some point, she pulls out a rifle from the trunk of her vehicle and points it at the man.

That's when the man swung at her, knocking her backwards. The woman aimed her rifle directly at the man and fired off several rounds.

Still can't tell from this if shooting was justified. If she pulls the gun from the trunk before he threatens her, it's hard for her to claim self-defense, at least under the infamous FL laws. :)

Based on the video, he was trying to run away when she shot him. VERY difficult to justify. Leaving the scene doesn't help her case any, either.

She finished pumping her gas before she took the picture. Priority’s come first, she probably pre-paid for the gas and was not about to lose her money.
