"We're looking for a lost cat."
I see two options.
They were on a OT funded Panty Raid.
OR...
The rape victim was the child of someone with political influence.
A retired LEO said that it could be federal if the criminal fled across state lines.
Here is a source with more INFO.
It’s TWO GUYS, not just one. Both caught in Sarasota, crime happened in Sarasota.
Don’t see how that involves crossing state lines.

The Bozoton spectacle chasing down an unarmed Tarnaev brother was supposed to make Americans more compliant to the SS tactics of lawless oligarchy, little barry bastard boy edition. All those armed and armored storm troopers was supposed to make Americans cringe and fold into a fetal ball whenever oligarchs send their storm troopers to take over a community, lawlessly.
I agree. It was simple speculation.
Another possibility: the Feds were “invited” by the locals to help out, therefore the “arrests” would be purely local.
The storm troopers scream because they are scared. And with the weaponry at their disposal that makes for a very bad scenario, as the many dead dogs and bullet riddled innocents will attest.
Well per the story the woman did appear to roll up into a fetal ball. Lucky for her and her boy friend she did not use her weapon as she appeared to be justified to do.
We should have learned, we the people, when Waco and other incidents of stormtrooper SS tactics were used to murder innocents. We yawned and magically thought it couldn't happen in our town, it was an anomaly, a fluke, a mistake that would not be repeated. Ruby Ridge, then Waco ... the American people are too easily herded about by the cadre of sycophantic liars called 'the media'.
