A few voices of sanity out there. We need more.

The media twisted and propagandized this story from the very beginning.
Facts were distorted or omitted to create a false impression of this case.
Don’t know how much the likes of JON Stewart will crack jokes about this, since liberals are in serious meltdown mode over it. But the media has a great deal of blame in regard to the reporting and false narrative they created here. ,I

I believe with all my heart that whatever is right, truthful, intelligent, sensible, compassionate and best for me will be best for black people in general as well.
I live in a predominately white (by a very, very large margin) community that has a well known past history of mistreatment of blacks many years ago. It was well in the past. Even so, I know of NO ONE who harbors intrinsic animus toward blacks, and I know a lot of people.
Just a few years ago, the state house of representatives district where I live elected its first black representative. It was so unexpected, it made the Wall Street Journal. He is a personal friend and I think the world of him. But I did not vote for him because he is a Democrat. I knew he would caucus and be influenced by the Democrats in his party further left that he actually was. Of course, Al, Jesse and a host of other race-baiting robots would say I did not vote for him because he was black. I did not vote for him because he belongs to the party dominated by Pelosi, Harry Reid, Dick Durbin, Barney Frank, et al.
Far too many people have been blinded by dishonest propaganda and false ideology. There are none so blind as those who will not see.

God bless Pastor James David Manning for speaking the truth! Shame on all the other so-called “Christian” pastors who are continually fanning hatred towards other races.

Thanks mandaladon.
Dr. James David Manning...urged his mostly black congregation to stop viewing the world through their "black eyes" and start looking at it through the "blood of Jesus." If they did that, the pastor explained, there would be no denying that the verdict in the Zimmerman was the correct one. He also told those who are convinced that Zimmerman is guilty that they only believe that because they are black.

You hear so many today that are always shading the truth for politically correct reasons or because they are cowards. Well, meet a man who tells it the way it is, and with a little theater thrown in to hold your attention. Preaching in Harlem, he has seen enough black hustlers in his time to immediately nail the ‘Long-legged McDaddy’ as a phony as soon as the McDaddy came on the scene back in 2007. The confidence he exudes when he speaks the truth comes from having the Master of All Creation on his side so he knows no fear of worldly beings or their trickery. It is refreshing to hear someone like Manning who owns his mind and isn't afraid to tell it the way it is.

Thanks. It almost brings despair that the process of justice and truth is being distorted by our own government with the seeming approval of the aggrieved minorities. Thank God there are some who can look for truth and society’s good.

Black before anything ... sadly true. Of course, a lot of us are something else ahead of Christian but this all seemed highlighted by the Zimmerman shooting.
Would some people have been happier if Zimmerman got shot and killed? Really? What does that say about us?

good point and good line.
Can’t remember the scripture reference, but it reminds me of a NT account where Jesus points out that some refuse to listen. There has to be a willingness to listen to truth. As your tag points out, some refuse to acknowledge truth BECAUSE they are evil.
Of course, the other side would accuse us of not having an open mind. Not true. I have heard their side ad nauseum every day of my life. I chose truth and light.

Indeed he is, but it happens so rarely these days, it’s like a refreshing glass of ice water on a hot summer day when it does.
