Associated Press is partially right. Look at what happened to Detroit after the 1967 race riots--many whites fled to the Detroit suburbs, and as a result you have suburbs of Detroit that are among the richest on a per capita basis in the USA!
That white flight, plus extreme mismanagement of city finances, is why we've reached this point today, sad to say.

- Dis-incorporate Detroit.
- Sell off the city's assets to satisfy its bondholders and other creditors.
- Incorporate new and more viable communities within Wayne County from the former Detroit.
It's that easy.

Another failed experiment put forth by liberals, allow the race baiters to run a city when the fact is, until they are ready to look beyond the color of their own skin, they are not qualified to lead. Add the Unions controlled by DC, and it is a double whammy. Truth is, coming to a city near you.
