Replace breakfast and lunch meals with a whey powder drink every day. Helped me lose 30 lbs. in about 2 months.
The Belvita crackers with Nutella on them for a breakfast are great also.

I didn’t get all uptight when the doctor told me my pulled groin muscle was due to “ghetto johnson”. I just manned up and accepted it.

Yeah, we learned that term in a 9th grade World Cultures class.
Spinal Lordosis is a structural condition, not necessarily having anything to do with body fat, although excess weight can exacerbate the problem. To use the term “Ghetto” to describe it to a patient is insensitive at best.
