I am for a path to citizenship under the following conditions.

1. Until the fence is 100% complete, the bill does not progress any further.
2. All illegal aliens in prison are immediately deported with their families to their home countries and are not allowed into the US under any circumstances.
3. All illegal head of households must have sponsorship from their employer. No sponsorship, family returns to home country. Employer must have everify in place.
4. A 10 year moratorium on voting. The citizenship process will take 10 years from date of employer sponsorship. After that new citizen gets voting rights.
5. Any crime committed within 10 year period, nullifies path to citizenship.
6. Services are only available to would be citizens that have sponsorship.
7. Any family members from outside the country who come to visit are on a 60 day visa max. If family member stays longer, citizenship is nullified and family goes back to home country.

That should work.

I think that is all you need.

I called Cantor, my rep, yesterday and then called the Speaker’s office. Was a bit concerned about the detached
response from Cantor’s staff guy...told him a lot of conservatives, both independent and GOP, are watching this closely and while they won’t vote Democrat they just may not show up in 2014. (Hard to believe we have have reached a point where ‘Let it Burn’ might be a realistic option.)

Speaker Boehner wants to ignore us.....won't let us

TALKING POINTS “Not only is the Senate amnesty bill an abuse of taxpayers and immigrants, it’s utterly unconstitutional. The Senate cannot invent its own amnesty taxes,” said Cong Stockman (R-TX). “I hope Speaker Boehner will immediately kill the amnesty bill through a constitutionally-required blue slip. As long as the amnesty bill sits in the House it poses a threat to taxpayers and immigrants.”

<><> Several provisions of the Senate amnesty bill create new taxes, a violation of the “origination clause,” Article I, Section 7, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution, which states “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.”

<><> Section 2102 of the amnesty bill requires the payment of certain taxes and forgives the payment of other taxes as a condition of receiving amnesty and other benefits. The Constitution prohibits the Senate from approving bills that raise revenue.

<><> Cong Stockman also points to the Congressional Budget Office, which flatly states “enacting S. 744 would have a wide range of effects on federal revenues, including changes in collections of income and payroll taxes, certain visa fees that are classified as revenues, and various fines and penalties. Taken together, those effects would increase revenues by $459 billion over the 2014-2023 period.”

<><>The Senate immigration “reform” bill includes two “slush funds” amounting to $150 million dollars that may be supplemented with additional taxpayer dollars for years to come, earmarked for non-profit organizations such as the blood-thirsty La Raza. America-hating Raza Studies teach (1) violence, (2) undermining US ntl security, and, (3) the need for Mexico to "re-take seven states in the Southwest...in order to make the SW a Chicano nation. "

REFERENCE---LA RAZA TEACHING HATE-AMERICA WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS La Raza Studies do not even try to sugar-coat its anti-America agenda and its bloodthirsty plans to kill off Americans: Raza Studies textbook “Occupied America,” by Rodolfo Acuña, includes a violent and blood-curdling speech given by university professor Jose Angel Gutierrez: “We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is, if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him,” (pg. 323). La Raza's Occupied America textbook teaches: “.......execute all white males over age 16,” (pg 167 AKA the Plan of San Diego).
