West is just ever so slightly cranky himself. Who wouldn’t be... it’s been a long day.
Still, it’s AMAZING to me how MoM and West are able to remain calm and professional All. Damn. Day. whereas the persecution and judge are cranky and snotty from the minute they walk into the courtroom.

True. But he seems to be signaling he’s going to take his sweet time regardless how she instructs.

In theory, there could be a GPS “breadcrumb trail” in the data, which would show where (within about 20 feet) the phone was at what time that night. Could be the most danged useful thing you could imagine, which is why the jury will never see it.
