Of course they violate the law. This is a surprise?
Enforce ObamaCare! Screw the low-information crowd! Their fate is Obama's fault!
The obama administration ignores the law when convenient, enforces it when convenient. No surprise here. Waiting for a GOP response to this delay... waiting... waiting....
They still haven’t figured out it’s the individual mandate that’s going to kill them at the polls. Wait’ll fall, there’ll be another “delay” there.
You can never tell, they may be planning demonstrations for the early part of 2014 with "the masses" demanding that it begin sooner rather than later. I mean, my Gawd man, these idiots are bragging about how well things have been going in Libya and Egypt since the "Arab Spring" began. About half of them are that brainwashed and stupid, they really do believe that King Barry hasn't gone far enough to build the wonderful urban future they have in mind.
“The obama administration ignores the law when convenient, enforces it when convenient. No surprise here. Waiting for a GOP response to this delay... waiting... waiting....”
Boehner came out right away with a comment on this. So you can stop waiting, waiting....
0bama has moved August 2013 to occur in mid-February 2014. He said that summer is just too long and causes global warming.
This f*****g guy does anything he likes. Now he is circumventing law that he and his cronies in the U.S. House and Senate passed. This idiotic law has dates and statutory provisions that cannot simply be declared “delayed” because Obama wants them delayed. Where are the Reps. and Sens. with balls . . . this crap must stop!!
And here I thought Commiecare was a human right. What about all those uninsured folks who were promised free stuff? (I bet Pelosi knew about this all along.)
If Boehner had balls he would realize now is the time to defund it. The House could write their own bill doing it right (just as they say they will do with immigration).
Indeed
OOOH a comment, that’ll really show ‘em.
There was a good question asked yesterday that I haven’t really seen a good answer to/analysis of.
The employer mandate is delayed, but the individual mandate is still happening on schedule.
Since there will be a lot of employers who just buckle down and provide health insurance (when the employer mandate goes into effect) instead of taking one of the opt-outs (cutting employees, cutting hours, paying the penalty/tax), this should mean that, for the first year anyways, a lot MORE people than otherwise would have are going to have to go out onto the exchanges to buy insurance all on their own, or pay the individual penalty/tax.
Right?
If so, this is actually going to be a worse option, politically, than if the employer mandate went into effect. At least from a ticked-off voter perspective. It will certainly mean more donations flowing into the Dems from employers grateful to have been given a years’ reprieve.
They are waiting for 0m0slem to declare them back in session.
It would appear that a full-time employee of a large company that is not providing insurance as required by Obamacare would have grounds for a lawsuit. The failure of the administration to enforce its own law does not magically render that law null and void.
“OOOH a comment, thatll really show em.”
It had just happened, jerkface. What do you expect, an epic? If you hate the Pubs so much, go third party and see what you will get. I’ll tell you what you will get, ... Hillary.
Since the entire law is of a piece, then any section of it is law, obongo's violation of which surely rises to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors. There's no wiggle room on this one. Congress must impeach if Jan 2014 comes and the president dictates lawlessness.
What do you want? Armed insurrection?
Wait, don't ax, don't tell applies here.
See my tagline and notice it doesn't exclude any geography.
