Rand Paul's stated policy/plan on "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" is as follows:

1. "Normalize" (re: Amnesty) 2 million Undocumented Democrats EACH AND EVERY YEAR, based on a "certification" by the US Congress that the border is secure. A congress comprised of 50% Democrats who couldn't care less if the border is secure and will certify it yesterday as secure, and another 25% RINOs, who will also certify it as secure, thereby ensuring that the border IS NEVER SECURE, but then Rand Paul can say why blame me, it's the congress' fault.
2. He wants to do away with e-Verify as a tool to combat illegal immigration
3. There is no punishment, it is in fact forgiven by his "normalization" for the millions of instances of felonious ID Fraud, or Tax Evasion, or illegally gaining state and federal tax-payer funded benefits.

As for you calling Norm a jerk, you might want to "pull that beam out of your eye" concerning this issue before you go after someone else. I've posted the facts to you multiple times where Rand Paul and his Amnesty is concerned, and yet here you are, in effect, lying about Rand Paul's position.
