Wow...so Treyvons party apparently deleted info from his phone? ...So Zimmans lawyer wants to what? Throw out the whole case?

it is called spoiliation of evidence.

The state has an affirmative duty to disclose all evidence even if it was not asked or even if it might be requested.

tossing the case is the appropriate sanction. Remeber the cell phone does contain exonerating evidence. (I wonder if big brother was listening)
