I was curious how they were ‘classified’ by the IRS. I didn’t want to go to their website (though ended up there anyway via a link), so went to Wikipedia (I know, you can’t always believe what you read there) and found the below:

Duh! It's his administration. But evidence won't matter, it's politics. Until someone gets their soft and tenders in a proprietorial vice and turns on Obama, none of this will go anywhere. At best, this scandal will bring down Lerner.
Keep the name Robert Bauer up front.
It came down thru Bob Bauer the White House General Consul who met with Shulman over 118 times at the Whitehouse.
Then Shulman assigned it to Lerner. This scandal goes all the way back up to the top in the White House.
