As painful as it is to wittness the demise of the USA (I never thought it would happen so fast), I rest assured the the Faithful, Patriots, et al will resist until death and meet and rejoice on the other side.

Here is something to ponder. The Book of Daniel Chapter Twelve has two numbers related to the end of days: 1290 and 1335, both referring to lengths of days in reference to the time of tribulation. This is a mysterious difference of 45 days. The presidential re-election took place on November 6th, 2012. The world was predicted to ‘end’ or have some cataclysmic event leading to the end on December 21, 2012. The number of days between November 7th, the day after the election, and December 21st is 45. Was December 21st actually the beginning of the 1290 days, the first half of the tribulation? Would this explain the strange prediction about that date during which seemingly nothing happened? (At least in the observable physical realm in terms of what some people were expecting.) The endurance referred to in relation to those who make it through the 1335 days certainly strikes home with me as I have suffered immensely since November 6th, not to mention the turmoil and suffering around the world since then.
I don’t know if I have articulated this adequately. I am interested in any Bible student’s comments as to whether this possible explanation of that extra 45 days is plausible.

I’m guessing that even Kerry is smart enough to realize you can’t have peace with someone who wants to kill you. Any peace treaty with the PA is worthless from the gitgo. Any concessions will just weaken Israel in return for jack squat. Of course, reality means nothing to these people—just gets in the way of the unicorns and lollipop narrative.
There was a two state solution in 1947. Arabs chose war, lost, and have been trying to make up for that since. End of story.
