I don’t think you can actually do that. And I’m sure he’ll get lawyers to advise him, they usually do that.

But, if this is the best he can do, defense-wise, he’s toast.

I’d try “irresistible impulse, temporary insanity” something like that.

I suggest they use the Uday Hussein method of elimination - feed him feet first into an industrial shredder.

The face of the failure of American political correctness, affirmative action, multiculturalism and diversity all rolled up into one photo.

Neah. As soon as he is convicted, he can sue for appeal on the grounds of “incompetent representation.”

***** “I would hang him a bit longer as a warning.” *****

Not me ... I’d extend the drop and the rope just enough to remove his sorry head from his torso.

(and the rope would be greased with lard)

This is hilarious. Obama is trying to make it out as mere “workplace violence.” Now Hasan is going to say he did it to protect other Mudslimes, thereby admitting to treason (waging war against the United States) and deliberate terrorism. IOW he’s making the whole Obamunist explanation look like the pile of BS it is.

Dunno. In the Obama Regime, he might be able to make it fly.

Don’t be cruel to some poor, innocent dog. Make it a chimp, a monkey and a rattlesnake. Full grown male chimps are truly lovely creatures.

Defense of others?

Is that like when I was in trouble when I was a kid and I told my parents that all the other kids could do what I had done, and therefore why couldn’t I?

He thinks he is defending Islam

He has to prove that ALL the people he shot were individually an immediate and deadly threat. He probably doesn't even know their names.

He was defending his co-workers?? I understand this is strictly about “WORKPLACE VIOLENCE” so he couldn’t possibly invoke Islam!!!!!

Let him try. Let him defend his murderous ‘religion’ for all the world to see.

Who else could he mean?
