Yep.
This is the Court that has stopped him.
He intends to try to stack it in his favor.

All three are experienced lawyers who would be unlikely to generate controversy individually.Right. At least not at the ACLU.

Fur Shur some of these people are not known to be inept and incompetent until Obama ‘outs’ them by appointing them to something.

Nominated by Obama seems sufficient grounds to me.

As much as I hated Scott Brown for caving in to the gay lobby and voting to repeal DADT,THIS is why I still had to vote for him:
...To try to get the senate out of the control of Dingy Harry!

This - well, this and a lot of other things, of course - this is why I was so disappointed when millions of Republican voters sat on their hands on November 6th, as my tagline says.
If you didn’t vote, these are your wages.

Keep attacking those that did not vote for romney and you will push them away from ever voting republican again. Now before you attack me... I voted for romney but I swear I will not vote for another rovian pick ever.

I heard! Boy, did I hear that. Still, one simply must vote. Not voting amounts to surrendering to the enemy.
However, the way things are going for 0 now, I am hopeful much of his damage can be averted, delayed or reversed.

FreeRepublic has some of the most brilliant conservative minds/thinkers and researchers anywhere on the web. But, when it comes to political expedience, research and knowledge, we are severely hurting.
If we have not learned by now that everything the regime does is politically based and we need to counter that, we have learned little. Its all they care about and ususually what we ignore to our own detriment.

Guilfoile, the blonde and one other who appears on BOR will know what their true biases are? How do we find out who these people really are and what they represent.
