Isn’t Holder still in contempt of Congress with respect to withholding documents related to illegal gun trafficking to international drug cartels?

During a hearing today, Holder's feelings for Issa burst out into the open when he called the congressman's behavior "unacceptable" and "shameful," and, getting more personal, "too consistent with the way in which you conduct yourself as a member of Congress."

I've got news for Holder. It's not over.

Soon, a federal judge will hand down a decision on Holder's refusal to comply with the committee's subpoena for Fast & Furious documents and the President's curious claim of "executive privilege" on a program he purportedly wasn't involved in.

Holder (and Obama) will lose on both cases.

And, then, Fast & Furious will rejoin this resplendent orchestra of scandals...
