No kidding! Imagine trying to keep your head down, make a few bucks while not getting in between jihadi factions and one of them goes and pisses off the U.S. Other than run into the barren desert what do you do to keep your city from being leveled? Again.

It might if you ignore reality. It was and is a known, since 2011, that Benghazi was overrun with as many as 12 Al-Qaeda affiliated "militias." Government buildings were flying Al-Qaeda flags. The British pulled out. Red Cross pulled out. The consulate was attacked at least twice the previous summer. Stevens requested additional security about a dozen time.
You have to stick your head in the sand and go "la la la" to pretend that it's surprising that a jihadi group controlled the hospital.
