I don’t understand why conservatives don’t show up at schoolboard meetings by the thousands.
Oh, wait. Yes, I do. They’re busy remodeling kitchens, barbecuing ribs and worshipping mammon.
We shouldn’t be fighting this. In fact we should allow ANY excuse to get kids out of the gummint schools.

My grandkids (and friends) play “gun” at school using their fingers.
Typical thumb up, index finger out - if the teacher asks what they are doing they say ‘boomerang’. They tilt their hands sideways, pretend like they are throwing it, pulling in their fingers and then the kids they are playing with “catches it” or misses it and it comes back to the thrower, and finger/thumb go back up.
Kids will as they always have figure out how to play “cowboys and Indians” (or some sort of shoot’m up game).

Well, when I am holding a pencil, it is my p***s, and I am playing gay boys. So is it still a WEAPON????
I would give twenty bucks to see the resulting meltdown from that...
