I don’t know her circumstances, but she isn’t going to run anywhere.
Obviously she was hiding her pregnancy from other students, and her parents . Was the baby born still or did it breathe and she killed it. This will be the factor that tells the tale on her.
Exactly how old does the “fetus” have to be before they can refer to it as an infant, baby, or child?
If the Left has their way, such acts of infanticide will no longer be considered murder. A girl will be seen as a hero for doing her duty in the disposal of an unwanted human being.
What is missing is the other person responsible for the pregnancy: the father. And, there is the question about the culture this woman is a part. What is there about this woman’s culture that does not value the idea of getting married to that person who wishes to father your children instead of being used as a sexual outlet?
Is this what our government schools are teaching the next generation?
People don’t realize what a horrible death the drain line would be.
The pipe that the toilet flushes into is dry, and is badly corroded cast metal (usually), during a flush, the bottom half inch or inch would have a little water rolling down the sharp, rough edges of the pipe, the water is intended to roll solids down a gentle slope, the pipe doesn’t ‘fill with water’ nor does it suddenly ‘drop’, any live baby would be being killed probably by the scraping and rolling, and eventually by a very rapid fall at the property line that it very well might survive, which would allow it to die and suffer or drown in the larger city sewer pipe.
Bottom line: there is no excuse for a 19 year old ‘woman’ to give birth & try to flush it away. She should have called 911 & dealt with it. If she didn’t know she was pregnant - well, these days that is believable. But to try to kill the child, or get rid of the evidence, is not acceptable.

This is what happens when you try to do an end-run around the syndicate. Now if she had done the right thing and paid $500 to her local planned parenthood affiliate, she wouldn't be in any trouble at all.
Of course that is the bottom line, but it is too bad that most people probably think that the baby drowns in seconds while immersed in water, the reality is much more horrible than that imagined death.
Police confirm they have identified and arrested the 19-year-old woman who delivered the fetus as a student at the school, she at first tried to flush the fetus down a toilet, when that didn't work she put the premature baby in a trash can.

I immediately thought of the Gosnell clinic also.
Wasn’t there testimony about a baby trying to climb out of a toilet in the Gosnell trial? I am almost certain I saw that here on FR.
