Actually, he was on his way home from working at a homeless shelter for Jewish orphans when he heard a kitten cry. He lifted the tarp on the boat just as a band of fat, white, male Tea Partiers wearing “Bush 2004” buttons came by and shot both him and the kitten with AR-15s. The kitten died, the kid fell, wounded, into the boat, trying to cover the kitten with his own body, and cutting his throat on the peace symbol necklace he wore.
The owner of the boat calmly walked away from it after he discovered the bleeding terrorist and informed the police.
If the terrorist had still been a threat, he would have killed the boat owner.
There is something odd to the whole story.

A witness looking out his bedroom window took many pictures of the shootout in which the older brother was killed. After the shooting stopped he discovered that a bullet had gone through his wall and through his computer chair and into an interior wall. I wonder what the caliber of that bullet is—a police bullet?

We can now declare martial law and float a lie to avoid scrutiny.
What if an in innocent person or five had been negligently shot dead during this shelter in place order, what story would the float to keep people calm? That’s just part of the sausage making process now, right? That’s how they serve the greater good.
This is easily cleared up since the police had thermal imaging video on the entire encounter and part of that video is on the internet and in this article. If he got up from his prone position it would have been on the thermal video, but it isn’t. It appears that he never moved during the entire encounter until the end when he got up to exit the boat.
