I wanted to check this out and followed the link, but the article at the end of the link has no such information. The NBC article has either changed, or this writer may be misleading on the “November 2012” warning from Russia.
It would be a big deal if there was a 2011 warning, a 2012 trip, and a 2012 second warning, but right now I’m skeptical of that second warning from Russia.
The FBI is too busy taking pictures of Tea Partiers waving copies of the Constitution or the American Flag. You know, terrorists like that.

And how could the FBI who investigated Tsarnaev – twice – and interviewed him face-to-face on at least 3 occasions, not be able to recognize his face from surveillance video for 4 days after the Boston Marathon bombings – even with billion dollar facial recognition software – and released his photo to the public instead of staking out and detaining him?"
Perhaps because of the sheer number of individuals just like him who are currently living in our midst? Likely it's impossible at this point for law enforcement to track them all.
And if the Gang of Eight succeeds in their insane plan to grant citizenship to all and sundry, jihadist terrorists turned "citizen" will be entitled to the identical legal rights as those whom they are warring against.
