Pay attention: There is no E-Verify database. It uses databases that existed prior to any E-verify program: I-9, tax, SS.

So you're a big government type who likes piling on more regulations. Check.
Tell you what, you implement e-Verify to exclude anyone here illegally from getting a job or social benefits.
You can get rid of every other regulation that is worthless.
You see, my approach, all and of itself will solve the illegal alien problem. And it's doable politically.
What approach do you have that is going to solve this problem that is doable politically and isn't just a self-righteous position that maybe correct, but doesn't have a chance of being implemented.

Which the EPA would promptly prohibit the extraction of.
Well, I'd bet that if the political winds had shifted enough to allow us to take over Mexico, that the EPA probably wouldn't exist either or would be much scaled back.
