It is a Cuban number station, Enigma list HM-01, assigned on 18 Nov 2012.
It is a hybrid mixed-mode variant of Cuban XVII Family. Each broadcast consists of alternating SK01 and V02a repeating sequences.
NK doesn’t transmit in a Spanish language numbers format.
This is what Tim is picking up. It is HM01 from Cuba.
Ana Montes was a Cuban Spy that was caught with details of her Cuban controllers number station handling on her laptop and other computer equipment. The mistakes in handling the communications which linked Montes to the Cuban broadcasts and led to her conviction are highlighted in the following link.
The FBI has determined that the precise same numbers, in the precise same order, were broadcast on February 6, 1999, at AM frequency 7887 kHz, by a woman speaking Spanish, who introduced the broadcast with the words "Attencion! Attencion!" The frequency used in that February 1999 broadcast is within the frequency range of the shortwave radio observed in MONTES's residence on May 25, 2001.

The female spanish ladies voice is generated by the following machine. These were built in East Germany and supplied to the Communist Bloc. The East Germans used them for their number station transmissions in English and German. Examples were found after the collapse of the Berlin Wall in Stasi buildings.
