Walmart does not carry Bisou Bisou, Liz Claiborne, Ming by Mango, Levi's nor VANS... which is what i buy at JCP... the clothing at JCP has more detailed stitching... better fit... the stuff at Wal-mart has very little shape to it... a lot of it looks like stuff you might find in a home econ. class, first project... the only good brand of clothing i will admit to at Wal-Mart is Dickies... their OP stuff isn't as good as it once was back in the 80s...
don't get me wrong... i do shop at Wal-Mart... for other stuff...
Well yes, that was a generic statement. There are always a few brands left either American or other countries than China but...
Just saying that the few items that JCP supplies that are either American made or from countries other than China are becoming harder to find. Of course there are those items and yes, they are probably better quality.
Was a generic statement as to the demise of American Companies and their import of foreign items - it then gets down to cost, quality be damn.
Hey, it doesn’t matter where they advertise; they have a certain amount of seconds to get into you mind and they do whether you know it or not. PR is here for a reason. You didn’t run into these things or places by mistake.
Wasn’t just Ellen. Penney’s had ads with families consisting of 2 same sex “parents”. The new CEO was really pushing the homo agenda.
Yeah ... something's not working with Sears... any ideas?
I usually shop for a dishwasher in front of the local Home Depot. They take about $10 an hour.
ha! :)
You have to wonder what took so long. He should have been sacked a year ago. It was never a good fit (so to speak). Middle America and the Silicon Valley are quite different places and markets.
i guess Sears appeals to some... but it does not appeal to me... even growing up, my family never shopped at Sears... i remember that my mext door neighbor and best friend's family shopped at Sears... that is where her family bought their school clothes every year... we always went to JCP, Mervyn's, Macy's and, every once in awhile, Emporium as far as department stores go... i walked through Sears recently because i was trying to find my 16-year old son some shoes--he wears a size 14, so i was trying my luck at every store... Sears was even worse than i had remembered.. even the Kardashian line looked muy cheap...
Kardashians ARE muy cheap
but that might be a different topic
:)
