Can we impeach for being “suspected” of not being eligible?

That flag you posted says, "You can retrieve your rights when you leave." If a law like the one in the posted article is passed, that won't be true for tourists whose names are seen or heard by anyone in medical or mental fields during their visits (accidents happen often in CO). Their names will go to NICS, and they'll outlawed nationwide for possessing firearms or ammunition. I'm sure the sentences for that will be interesting, too. And the law in CO is always on the lookout for juicy tourist revenues/debt.

Don't make jokes or say that you will disobey if reported by liberal/left medical/mental racket participants, folks. We know doctors and other professionals who went to federal prisons for five years for nothing more than accusations in restraining orders (VAWA) and setups.

Good one.

We need to stop sugar coating it. “the reason we own guns is to protect ourselves from those wanting to take them from us.”

Exactly. I may or may not "need" an AR to defend myself and my family. But what I absolutely need is the freedom to own one if I choose.

The 2nd Amendment - in fact the entire Bill of Rights - was put in place to protect us from well meaning but misguided individuals. That may be too kind. I'm sure some actually think they are trying to make things better. Most I believe know they are on the path to fascism. No thanks, I choose freedom, and I will fight for it.

I guess Frank Zappa was more prescient than thought. Ladies and Gentlemen, The Central Scrutinizer:

Central Scrutinizer:
This is the CENTRAL SCRUTINIZER...it is my responsibility to enforce all the laws that haven't been passed yet. It is also my responsibility to alert each and every one of you to the potential consequences of various ordinary everyday activities you might be performing which could eventually lead to *The Death Penalty* (or affect your parents’ credit rating). Our criminal institutions are full of little creeps like you who do wrong things...and many of them were driven to these crimes by a horrible force called MUSIC!

Our studies have shown that this horrible force is so dangerous to society at large that laws are being drawn up at this very moment to stop it forever! Cruel and inhuman punishments are being carefully described in tiny paragraphs so they won't conflict with the Constitution (which, itself, is being modified in order to accommodate THE FUTURE).

From “Joe's Garage”, of course.

Oddly enough, the people of Colorado seem intent on rivaling the people of New York, California, and Maryland in setting the most lunatic and indefensible firearms laws in the nation.

Not at all what one would have expected.

"We need a database of individuals that should be prohibited from governing others."

I am thinking about this for quite a long time.  Good and common sense rules needs to be set up for this.

“nurses”?????

Just what might qualify a nurse to report someone as being dangerous?

I wouldn’t go to a psychologist, family therapist, or a counselor, on a bet.

But nurses are a bit hard to avoid.

I can imagine getting some stupid “gun” question on a medical history form, and the nurse not liking my attitude about not addressing the question.

Anyone who has ever chewed a poptart into a mountain that might look like a gun or who has bought their kid a Hello Kitty Bubble Blower Gun is will soon jump past being labeled dangerous to a full blown terrorist.

Colorado is approaching Masshole levels of retardedness. They’ve got NAMBLAdino in their house, they’ve got Dickenhooper as their governor. They’re banning guns but legalizing pot? Explain that one to me.

Taking guns from people they suspect are ‘dangerous’? What the hell kind of criteria is that?! You won’t ban the pedophiles from having guns though. No. That would upset NAMBLAdino, that little f7cker.

Communist Goals (1963) Congressional Record—Appendix, pp. A34-A35 January 10, 1963

32. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture—education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.

Isn’t that just amazing!?! It gets more and more like NAZI Germany or the old Soviet Union every day. Hitler and Stalin had one big thing going for them that these commies don’t though. Shhhhh, let them guess what it is.

The family counselor who your wife intending to divorce takes you to see (and thus justify the divorce) and, as a man-hater, says you shouldn’t see the kids now gets the right to take away your Second Amendment rights.
Yes, that’s unconstitutional.

I'm still trying to figure out how anyone can support legalizing guns but banning pot.

That’s a good question. But just to clarify one thing; the people legalized pot it’s the legislators who are trying to ban guns.
