Bob, look in the mirror (handy picture included so you know who you're looking for).

Now do you see the problem?

The leaders of the democrat party are farmers of a sort.
And blacks are their largest herd of cattle.

One, do you have any skills worth the minimum wage? Probably not, but that’s most likely not their fault.

Why do you say it's not their fault? They have free will. If they had any motivation they'd take those combs out of their hair and dress like an employable person.

Low expectations of blacks is a big part of the problem.

ohnson said the challenge was to figure out why the unemployment rate for blacks has been so high,

1) blacks tend to have low amount of knowledge and skills that are beneficial to production
2) government interference in the free market in labor that prevents wage rates from falling enough to make it worthwhile to hire blacks
3) government interference and confiscatory taxation that inhibits growth in savings and investment, productive expenditure, and demand for labor which limits the amount of labor that can be hired.
4) lack of a gold standard that leads to instability of money and unstable business cycles

I was at a bus station with a collection of those with baggy low trousers and caps turned back....my problem is that I couldn’t understand the half of what they were saying....it was not Austrian....must have been Ebonics.

Disregard all the phoney “out of the workforce”, “disabled”, and “extended” unemployed—and it is well above that figure AND GETTING WORSE.

And if you fired all the blacks employed by governments in useless Affirmative Action "busy-work" jobs the real black employment rate would jump to %50% or more.

I’m surprised at the exploding number of people I see with tatoos and some are in white collar professional positions.

They are in charge and the chit is getting worse. Typical dumbass. Libs have never been good for America.

Liberals need to bring the “blame Bush” doctrine back.

It’s a wonder Eisenhower hasn’t been indicted.

What I was thinking about was the school system did away with all of the skills training classes like shop, auto mechanics, metal working, wood working, house wiring, cooking, etc. The theory, I think, was that only losers learned skills like these. Winners invented a new dot com company and became 20 year old multi-millionaires. I understand they’re trying to put these back in the school system now.

When I was growing up I was surrounded by family that were engineers, electricians, carpenters, and I knew what the tools looked like and used them frequently. I doubt kids growing up without a father ever get exposed to skills beyond being a welfare queen. These two were not equipped to be welfare queens.

When my kids have asked me to explain affirmative action, I just say it’s lowered expectations and acceptable lower performance based on skin color.

Amen...down the road too many times, cleaning up too many messes (bad hires) made by others. It’s a lot easier (and cheaper) to document why the person wasn’t the best hire or the most qualified for the position than to do the documentation to terminate employment

Company I was working for I didn’t do the hiring and it got to be that it was almost impossible to fire anyone. They would simply move them to a different crew and let someone else put up with their crap until they got sick of it then move them to a different crew.

I found a short cut.

I would leave the job for 30 minutes and let the rest of the crew beat the living hell out of them.

Crude but effective.

What does it say about Obama that he tolerates high black unemployment -- and they love him for it.

It's not about tolerance, and blacks are so proud that, "one of them" attained such a high position, that, nothing else matters to them. The perception and pride that comes from a "black dude" attaining such a high office, trumps anything else, even their well-being. The fools!!!

Minimum wage legislation primarily affects minimum wage workers: teenagers, especially black teenagers. Raising the minimum wage kills jobs. It wipes out the bottom rungs in the ladder of success.

Liberals never seem to grasp the basic economic facts.

When the government demands you pay a wage of $9 an hour it leaves no employment opportunities for those who are worth only $7 an hour to the business.

Yet more of the pathetic insinuation of white privilege and institutional racism. When will it ever end? That question is rhetorical because sane people know he excuse making will never end.

Dear Bob Johnson and the black community, if whites are so privileged and institutional racism is holding minorities back, then why do Asian and Indian Americans have a low unemployment rate and a higher average household income than whites?

If whites are so privileged and institutional racism is holding minorities back, then why do Asian and Indian Americans own so many businesses? Even better, why do African and Caribbean immigrants start more businesses and do better financially than American blacks if there is allegedly racism against blacks? Why would a racist society let some blacks like Obama and Jay-Z succeed if they secretly had it out for blacks?

If you know that education is a key component to employment, then why don’t you do something about the black community’s alarming school drop-out rate?

If you know that a felony conviction often impedes employment, then why don’t you chastise the black community’s alarming crime rate?

If you know that businesses will leave your community if you burglarize them, then why would you tolerate so much theft in your community?

Nobody is buying this black people are discriminated against routine anymore except for black people who are looking for excuses for their self-imposed failure and the dimmest, most self-loathing white Liberals.

Dear Bob, tell your community to get their act together because they’re to blame for their own lot in life. People create communities, and the black underclass has created a particularly egregious community.
