Only if you certify you aren’t DEmonCraps. We’ve done a good deal of flushig here recently and don’t want the sewage backing up through the commodes.

I love my pre-80 combat commander. Well, right up until i lost it in that boating accident. Dear Colt, please come to Idaho. :-)

Could? If they are not actively in the process of moving by now, then there is no hope for them. They needed to leave as soon as CT proved they were stuck on stupid.

I tried running for State Rep in 96, got my clock cleaned, got married in '97, and moved out in '98.

I agree with what you are saying.

Many who are left behind are doing so largely for the sake of older relatives.

Of course, moving to Illinois might not seem like much of an upgrade, but once you get far enough away from Chicago and its suburbs, it is a different world culturally.

I do miss the apizza.

Other CT gun makers (besides Colt) that may want to consider the “free world” elsewhere:

1. Colt Defense LLC
2. Colt's Manufacturing Co.
3. Charter Arms Co.
4. Stag Arms co.
5. O.F. Mossberg & Sons
6. Marlin Firearms Co.
7. Strum Ruger Co.
8. United States Firearm Mfg. Co.

I wonder what the governor would say if they all moved out? Colt brings in $1.7 billion into the state of CT alone. I wonder how much the others contribute? Gov. Malloy is a putz of epic proportions. With an 8.2 percent unemployment rate, the governor is courting a politician-made disaster.

Gov. Pence and the rest of we Hoosiers would give a warm welcome to Colt and their employees. Come on down!

I hope there comes a time when not only gun and ammo producers bolt Blue States, they refuse to sell in them as well.
