If this was all Obama’s (and Michelle’s and even Valerie Jarrett’s) doing this would just be partisan banter.
The scary part is this is more than just a small group acting in emperor type ways. Far more.
This is the Bill Ayers and the the radical Columbia gang from the 70s and 80s getting their last shot.
Remember the 25 million. Remember that Ayers and that crew kill. They killed in 70s and they have no remorse if they kill now.
Obama is a red-diaper baby and he clearly believes what he was taught by Frank Marshall Davis and other communist mentors. But he is not the mastermind.
You have a virtual daughter of Jessie Jackson as his wife. Mr. Jackson has his beef with America after watching his mentor gunned down in Memphis. Do that chip on his shoulder transfer to a girl who literally grew up in his house - of course.
Valerie Jarrett’s grandfather’s vision of integrated neighborhoods were rejected by the racist Chicago establishment. She has a big chip on her shoulder.
But none of these are masterminds of slowly subverting the Constitution and government in general. No budget from Congress, executive orders, using the EPA to destroy companies, leverage the Holder Department of Justice as a virtual SS, Drone strategy, etc. Ayers and his gang of radicals could only dream of what is going on now in the 1970s.
This is not one mans narcissism. Not at all. The overall pattern is driven by a larger and more sinister group. The core of this group is old. But they are on their last run to achieve what they set out to do over 30 years ago.

I’ve always said that if a few millon of us decided on April 15th to say enough is enough, and refuse to file and not send the bastards any more money, we could start a snowball effect that would cripple this government so bad they would be begging us not to burn down their houses.

Personally, I have made a decision. I consider the government's socialist-entitlement K-12 schools soooooo EVIL for the child and such a threat to our nation's continuing freedom that I will NOT have a government teacher or worker for a friend. They are too evil, too stupid, or too much of a useful idiot to be my friend. They are NOT welcome in my house. ( I don't have abortion workers or Nazis for friends either. ) Three out of four Gospels agree that there is dire consequence for teaching children evil.
Luke 17:1-2 Things that cause people to sin are bound to come, but woe to that person through whom they come. It would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around his neck than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin.
Matt. 18:6 But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.
Mark 9:42 And if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around his neck.

That is what government teachers agree to do every godless school day. They **willingly** seek to support and uphold a godless and socialist-entitlement system of indoctrination that is EVIL for the child and is a threat to our nation. If they **really** cared about children they would be warning every parent they meet to remove their children immediately from these pits of evil.
And....Teachers who seek work where they are compelled to contribute anything to the abominable NEA are under special condemnation.

Well, all I can say is that if America is slipping from the rule of law to the rule of Man it is doing via the rule of lawyers...

My husband and I retired 10 years earlier than planned. We live **very** modestly. The evil ones get NO income tax from usGlad to hear it, and not in the least surprised. You have solid convictions and you actually practice them, that takes a lot of guts. I salute you.
PS: Don't know if I mentioned it -- haven't time to back-read -- but in some states, if your income is low enough, you can actually get a rebate of property tax. I will freepmail you in more detail on that.

Yet how very few are willing to do it, even legally. If you stop making money, you don't have to pay income tax. Living on less money than it takes to incur the duty to pay that tax, is not easy. But it isn't as hard as leaving your home and going off to shoot at the enemy for an indefinite period of time with no assurance you'll even survive. That's what freedom-loving Americans did, once upon a time.
Talk is cheap, and plentiful.

Im starting to feel the same way about government enablers, financial supporters, consenting victims ie, income tax payers
Here is the situation - as a whole - and you are both correct (this is a realization that is hitting MANY homes in America): the system is not just BROKE, it is a JOKE!
As wintertime has stated, the education system has done a great job of dumbing-down and pacifying many Americans, especially those 14-30 years old. They believe that the American dream is a new house, a new car, the latest and greatest of every electronic device and your entire life hocked to banks, loans and credit cards. They are able to live this lifestyle with the abundant assistance of welfare, food stamps, etc... These people think that this is the purpose of the Government to provide houses, car incentives, food and overall guidance on how we should spend our money and lives. I know people who have stated, "Why get a job, I can have sex, have a kid and then my food stamps go up another $300 a month!"
What the great recession of 2008 did was wake many an American up from their stupor. Many Americans realized that one little "pop" and the entire system is shown to be the broke, joke that we currently have. Many Americans are just now starting to crawl out to daylight and are just now able to live not just paycheck to paycheck, but actually month to month. It will take a LONG time (if ever) before most of America returns to the ways of our forefathers - those who had to have enough food/money/supplies stored not just for this year, but for the next JUST IN CASE the crops failed or the markets crashed or the Indians invaded! It is very difficult, nay almost IMPOSSIBLE, to convince someone that tomorrow may really be this difficult, when they can actually walk to 7-11 for a hotdog, candy bar and 6-pack of beer.
Unfortunately, the government is trying to lull Americans back to sleep with bailouts, priming the pump (QE1-QE(Infinity)) and saying "Everything is fine; the recovery is happening." The government is ENCOURAGING, BEGGING and goading Americans into going back to sleep: credit rates at an all time low, buy it - it helps the economy, etc... The most unfortunate aspect is that many Americans are just fine with going back to sleep or burying their heads hoping that all this will go away when Obama is defeated.
The problem which conservatives are starting to realize is that sooner or later that "pop" is going to be the last wrench in the monkey-works and there won't be a 7-11 and there won't even be a job to be had - then what? Those who are not fully awake are AFRAID! They are afraid of both the lack of government support AND they are afraid of having to be self-reliant! More importantly, most of them are AFRAID of real FREEDOM! They really don't know how to live their life without the government there to tell them what they can build, what they can grow, what they can eat, who they can hire, what self-serving sense they can use (i.e., not allowing background checks for new hires), etc... These people are literally in a catch-22! So, many of them (especially those who are just burying their heads waiting-out Obama) keep working, hoping the government will be their "catch-all."
What we have seen with the government created/subsidized balloons (dot.coms, housing, etc...) we are just moving from one failure to the next and they are coming faster and faster. We are almost to a point where defiance, be it physical, financial or whatever, is going to be a MUST!
