Bloomberg is probably one of the reasons many East Coast liberals think Republicans are fascists.
The Tesla super charger is a 60 kWh device. Let’s see . . . 60 kWh . . . times 10,000 spaces . . . carry the seven . . . that would come to 600 mWh. That would be about equal to the output of 200 diesel/electric locomotives, or a small nuclear power plant.
That really shouldn’t be a problem. I’m sure that New York City has electricity to spare, and Bloomberg could always restrict residential air conditioning in the summer—limit usage to 16 ounces of air conditioning or something.
I agree. I guess the left needed to pretend they are fair and balanced.
Bloomburg’s move on styrofoam clamshells is both politically and religiously aimed. This is a blow to the midsection of Jon Huntsman whose father invented the device ~ clearly New York’s mayor is an anti-mormon bigot and he’s also intolerant of people like that who throw in their lot with Obama and his crowd ~ here’s the ref for the Huntsman family and styrofoam: http://www.nytimes.com/gwire/2011/07/14/14greenwire-styrofoam-made-huntsman-rich-but-candidates-ro-29103.html?pagewanted=all
Bloomburg isn’t a Republican,
Adding curbside charging stations will probably put so much drain on the underground electric wiring distribution system in The City that the manholes will smoke!
To true conservatives, he’s a RINO. To Democrats watching his nanny-state antics, he’s proof Republicans are fascists.
Bloomy is ONE OF THEM@!!
All except him, he’s above that type of restriction due to his own self important image of himself.
