Wow,I just read the article.
“I never had the opportunity to have a family of my own, I’m terminating yours,” he added.

Oooops.. He didn’t leave the State after the killings on Sunday.. He’s killed a cop in Riverside this morning. Looks like he’s in ‘I don’t value my life’ mode, which he also said in his manifesto.

This pisses me off.. “Massive manhunt” and LAPD live news conferences.. WHY??? Because he’s threatened THEM, that’s why. They don’t care if it’s just a regular murderer threatening you or I.

His Navy career began in April 2002 and ended this month.
There's the trigger.

Fits the spree killer profile to a "T".

Spree killings differ from serial killings in that the perpetrator bears a grudge and eventually some incident, sometimes identifiable or sometimes only guessed at, causes him to flip and he immediately commits a killing spree, shooting those he sees as responsible for his predicament, and sometimes randomly shooting and killing people who he sees as representative of those who have failed or rejected him.

Rejection is a common trigger in violence. Sometimes the killing appears spontaneous, but most often it is planned, even if the precise date and time are not.

In most cases, the spree killing ends with the gunman shooting himself or being shot dead by police.

Doesn’t seem like he and the LAPD were a good fit.

He had a couple of rifles (an AR-15 and an SKS) and two pistols (a Browning 9mm and a Para-Ordinance .45), but when he went to the local sheriff’s office to register them he was informed that he could not bring them into the state. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but that’s what he was told.

The idiots have banned the SKS. And the AR15 has to have a fixed mag. and some other cosmetic alterations, but there are CA legal ARs. Don’t know about the pistols unless they are high cap, but I have a high-cap Sig that was purchased pre- the 10 round max. It’s legal and I can buy high-cap used mags for it. New one’s are illegal except for LEO’s. It’s all BS and I just wonder how for how many generations the SCOTUS is going to duck the 2A.They are all a disgrace so far as I am concerned. Thank God they weren’t around when this country was being founded. We would have never made it. The sheriff’s here are a mixed bag. Thus far 13 of the 58 have come out in support of the 2A against what’s going on. Most of the rest are “urban morons” who take orders from the pols. I have asked our sheriff ( through my supervisor since the good sheriff doesn’t respond to mere citizens) and it’s been a month and he’s still hiding under his desk. Our town’s first Chief married a family friend and we socialized for a while. This a$$hole came from the Sheriff’s Dept. When he realated how during his career he got the “rich and famous” out of the slammer when they were taken in drunk, and how he used to waive his service revolver at motorists who followed him too closely, we decided we could do without his company. And, BTW he’s now retired and get’s $140k per year plus benefits for a job that paid him less than half of that twelve years ago. Just a disgrace!

It's not legal to import or transfer normal-capacity magazines which hold more than 10 cartridges in the People's Republik of Kalifornia.
